To make the concrete for setting the posts you start with a little pile of cement, sand and gravel (local gravel is coral) and make a well in the center.
Siphon water out of the storage cylinder...
and pour into center well. Stir well with shovels...
mix too dry? Add a little more water.....
pour around ground anchors, make sure they are level and aligned with string and Voila! the first corner post is set.
