out to the airport to meet him this morning. We found the observation deck and watched the passengers de-plane. Nice breeze, fluffy clouds, sun shining… a great welcome to those arriving.

- Married to my best friend, Karl, since 1975, we have lived at 26 addresses in 9 countries. We purchased a home in Phoenix, AZ (1993) when our sons were ready for high school, then university. 2005 to 2010 found us on the road, living in our RV and working full time for Maranatha Volunteers International. In July of 2010, we moved back to our house in Phoenix to start a new chapter in our lives. Through the intervening years, Karl did intermittent consulting for Maranatha until they contracted him back on a full time basis in the autumn of 2013. What's Happenin' started out as an email newsletter to family. This blog is basically taking my cyber letters to a new venue. Family and friends (and random visitors), I hope you enjoy the new What's Happenin'.
