the guesthouse revolving door is spinning

The on going saga of our "revolving door"...

Last time I mentioned it, Neil Watts had come in and Kit had left.  Monday afternoon Neil pulled out. I failed to mention that he was here to set things up for a series of revival/evangelistic meetings in October.  The It is Written-Australia filming came about because they found out he was going to be here and they decided it would be a prime opportunity to do the story (see May 9 post).  The man has a horrendous schedule and they had to catch him when they could.
This morning, Dale Stuart came in from Fiji.  He is the IT guy for the union.  (AZ people: he is married to Rachel Terwilliger's sister, Gloria).  This afternoon, Larissa, a young woman from the Solomons, joined our group.  She, Graham (our local IT guy) and Dale are flying out to Santos (the SDA secondary school for Vanuatu) early in the morning.
Since I have been the only woman staying here since the guest house was built, I kind of feel like the "den mother".
Oh, it gets better... we leave for Tanna on Thursday, and Dale comes back to the guest house that evening.
Stay tuned for the continuing saga... "As the Door Spins"
