Surprise

I woke yesterday morning to find an email from Kit.  He is in his final two weeks of internship at NASA's Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, OH.  His summer internship at Schott doesn't start until late May.  The email?...

..." how does this work for a flight?" and attached was his flight itinerary to come see us in Vanuatu the 1st of May!  Wow.  I'm thrilled. Of course that means his credit card is probably maxed out, but.... that is his problem.  I'll probably see much more of the country in the week he is visiting than I would have just doing my thing as Karl's side kick.  Besides, what's not to like about having one of your kids come visit?!
